Another option that you have is to provide customers with a discussion forum. This is another place where you could post the frequently asked questions. In addition, this would allow potential customers to read over other people’s questions to see if their question has already been answered. One of the biggest problems with this method is that it tends to involve great deals of spam if you do not carefully monitor the forum to keep the spam out. However, it is wonderful for reducing the time that you spend answering repeated questions.

There are several different types of discussion forum software that you can choose from, some of the most popular are also available for free which can give you more money to focus on other aspects of your business that need your time and focus. However, if this does not solve your needs there are also several commercial versions available that you can choose amongst as well. They offer a wide range of options and most allow you the ability to be notified when a new post is created so you can quickly address the questions and concerns.

Taking the time to ensure that all of your customers’ questions have been answered is well worth the effort. A customer that is happy and confident in your business is much more likely to take the time to come back to your business. However, a customer that cannot find the help that they need is much more likely to leave and not come back. Ultimately, this can be a huge problem when it comes to ensuring that your business can grow. Learning to accept that your customers will need the occasional help is very important. If you take the time to look at all of the potential problems that customers will have, and ensure that there are proper methods in place to help them, you are far ahead of the game.
